We want your Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A Sudley Manor Drive to be successful. In order to make your Spirit Night successful we have put together the following guidelines.
Any Local Prince William County Public & Private School’s *Non PWC Public School groups & clubs will need approval **If your group/sports team/club has less than 20 people who participate, we recommend NOT having a Spirit Night (ask us about our other fundraising options)
After confirming a date & time (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening only) we will supply you with an electronic copy of a flyer to print, pass out & post. In order to raise as much money as possible your organization needs to promote the Spirit Night PRIOR to the date scheduled — here is some helpful ideas: Pass out and e-mail the flyer to as many people as possible Post it on community boards Announce it at school, work, sporting events, church, etc. Utilize Facebook & Twitter Add the information to your website Ask about utilizing the Chick-fil-A Cow prior to the scheduled Spirit Night
Absolutely NO SOLICITING to Chick-fil-A guests while in the store, & anywhere on or near the Chick-fil-A property. Flyers CANNOT be distributed on the property during the Spirit Night. Please inform participants they need to tell their cashier that “they are here for the Spirit Night”. Participants can dine-in, carry out, or use the drive thru.
