Donation Request Form - Chick-fil-A Sudley Manor Drive Catering

Chick-fil-A Sudley Manor Drive, Manassas, VA Guidelines:

Donations are considered only for organizations that fit the following description:

Organizations/groups/churches that serve our community and are operating within a 5-mile radius of our location.
Organizations requesting products and/or related Chick-fil-A branded gifts.

We do not give monetary donations.

You must attach a donation letter on your organization’s letterhead with our Donation/Sponsorship Request Form (or a flyer about the upcoming event).

We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on our Donation/Sponsorship Request Form and returned to our store. Please complete this request form ONE MONTH in advance from the event date for consideration. The completion of the Donation/Sponsorship Request Form does not guarantee approval of your request. If Chick-fil-A Sudley Manor Drive approves your request, our Marketing Director, Anika, will notify you regarding the approval.
